Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping almost all over the world, by post mail. When you Place an order on our website, we ship it 14-28 business days.

If we did not ship or we are unable to ship any product,, we will cancel the unshipped order and will inform you by e-mail and we will refund your order amount on your bank account.

In case of a lost shipment, and after 21 days from the shipping day, Shifter Hoodies will send a new shipment with no cost of the customer, or otherwise will refund the customer.

In case of wrong address by the user, the user will take full responsibility of the costs.
