When a return is raised Shifter Hoodies shall verify and check the authenticity of the complaint and If Shifter Hoodies is convinced the complaint is genuine then Shifter Hoodies will process the complaint about the replacement. Always ensure before accepting the order that the packet is not damaged if a packet is in damage condition don't accept the packet and immediately inform Shifter Hoodies at shifterhoodies@gmail.com . If you received a damaged or faulty product then you have to notify Shifter Hoodies in 2 business days after receiving the order. If you are failing to notify in 2 business days, Shifter Hoodies will not be liable for failure to return or replace the order. The product should be returned in good packaging.
